Requests by email and spreadsheet
Size requests arrive in inboxes, chats and paper forms. Someone copies them into a spreadsheet and hopes it is current.
Uniforms · Platform · No lock-in
We design and supply your branded uniforms, then run sizing, ordering, swaps and returns for you on one platform. No rental, no lock-in, no admin for your team.

How we start
We look at your roles, sites, current kit and how ordering works today.
We design the range with you and run fittings with real employees.
Stock in place, allowances set, employees invited. Site by site if you prefer.
We run the programme and review usage, returns and spend with you.
The problem
Size requests arrive in inboxes, chats and paper forms. Someone copies them into a spreadsheet and hopes it is current.
Guessed sizes mean parcels go back and forth. New starters wait. The same garment gets ordered twice.
Nobody can say what each site holds, who has what, or how much of the budget is left this year.
Most suppliers stop at delivery. We don't.
How it works
1 / 6
A new starter is added by employee number. Their role sets their kit and allowance automatically.

Employees size themselves with a short guided fit. Fewer guesses, fewer returns.

Common questions
You do. You buy the garments, so there is no rental contract and no tie to a laundry. The platform helps you manage them.
With rental you pay every month for garments you never own, usually tied to one laundry service. With Blueverse you buy your uniforms in your own design, and the platform runs sizing, ordering, swaps and returns. You can leave at any time.
No fixed minimum. Full programmes usually cover hundreds of employees across several sites. Tell us about your team and we will suggest the right start.
Uniforms are priced per garment. The platform is a fee per wearer per month, shown as its own line on your quote. Tell us about your team and we send you both after a short call.
Employee numbers, not names. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, EU, and we act as processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
A first group of employers runs a Blueverse uniform programme with us from June 2027. Places are limited. Register your interest and we send you the details first.
